Job Summary
A financial services company has an open position for a Remote Instructional Designer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Creating and deploy learning content and quick guides
- Designing and developing learning solutions by partnering with subject matter experts and stakeholders
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Experience with eLearning tools- Captivate, Flash, Articulate, Storyline, Rise 360 etc.
- Learning facilitation and training experience
- Advanced knowledge of learning theories/principles and instructional design processes Experience creating successful learning programs
- 3+ years in instructional design, eLearning or higher education
