Job Summary

A software company has a current position open for a Remote Instructional Designer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Designing and developing engaging multimedia  e-learning content, job aids, and presentations
• Managing and delivering content through LMS
• Working with SMEs to understand and target learning objectives

Required Skills:

• Proven experience as a content creator in a SaaS and/or learning and development environment
• Experience facilitating live and virtual training sessions that are interactive
• Excellent presentation skills and ability to engage with large audiences
• Formal training in adult learning principles, or 1-3 years of equivalent work experience
• In-depth knowledge of trends and best practices in learning technologies and instructional design
• Highly collaborative with a team-first mindset
