- Managing a project through its whole lifecycle
- Identifying target audience training needs
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 5+ years of professional instructional design and training enablement
- Excellent knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models
- Lesson and curriculum planning skills
- Basic HTML and Flash programming knowledge
- Solid knowledge of course development software and Learning Management Systems
- Visual design skills and ability to storyboard courses
