Job Summary

A software company is filling a position for a Remote Instructional Designer and Content Developer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

Developing instructional design framework
Developing personas based on target audience
Validating content by working with subject matter experts

Qualifications for this position include:

Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design or similar
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Logical approach to problem solving
Ability to follow standard engineering principles and practices
Self-starter, taking initiative and requiring minimal oversight
Ability to Install, Configure, and troubleshoot VMware products and platforms
