Job Summary

A software development company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Instructional Designer and Facilitator.

Must be able to:

  • Build and nurture relationships with sales leaders and sales reps
  • Design, deliver and measure training programs
  • Use instructional techniques to train field team members

Qualifications Include:

  • Post-secondary degree - Associate or Bachelor's required
  • 3-5 years of experience as an instructional designer / facilitator / or similar position
  • Learning development experience, specifically using Articulate Storyline
  • Video editing experience
  • Must be able to work in a CMS/LMS
