Job Summary
A company providing quality training products and services is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Instructional Designer Curriculum Developer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Leveraging sound instructional design and performance improvement processes
- Performing quality assurance reviews on own and other's work
- Facilitating meetings, preparing agendas and minutes, and leading discussions
Position Requirements Include:
- Some travel may be required for data collection
- Minimum of three years using AIM II to develop courseware using CPM and LOM
- Experience using either MS PowerPoint or Adobe Captivate to create classroom presentations
- Application of NAVEDTRA 130 curriculum development manuals
- Hands-on, practical work experience in all phases of the ADDIE Instructional Model
- Proven successful interaction with multi-disciplinary training development teams
