Job Summary
A workforce management solutions company is in need of a Remote Instructional Designer II in Indianapolis.
Must be able to:
- Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content for multiple delivery platforms
- Work with the Instructional Design Manager
- Conduct pilot training sessions
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Effective questioning, facilitation, and presentation skills, Attend product trainings
- Proven ability to develop software training that incorporates adult learning theories, visual learning design, and interactive training techniques
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required
- Proficiency with eLearning development tools is required
- Must have experience with development in multiple modalities of instruction including: instructor-led training (synchronous and asynchronous) and eLearning
- Knowledge of adult learning principles
