Job Summary

An e-Learning company is seeking a Remote Instructional Designer III.

Must be able to:

• Conduct required analyses and designing training materials for a variety of delivery methods
• Assist Project Manager in recruiting and hiring staff for project when internal resources are not sufficient
• Develop evaluation tools for the assessment of training needs and products

Qualifications Include:

• Familiarization with implementation of ADL SCORM and ADA Section 508 into multimedia courseware
• Experience using established methodologies in all stages of the instructional design process
• BA/BS degree in related field with 10+ years of direct ISD experience or MA/MS in related field and 8+ years of direct ISD experience
• Experience working with military personnel
• Strong quality assurance/editing skills
• Superior time management, organizational and communication skills, and the ability to lead members of a team
