Job Summary

An e-Learning company is in need of a Remote Instructional Designer III.

Must be able to:

  • Lead a team in design of blended learning materials for small and large groups
  • Lead development of engaging training materials for variety of delivery methods
  • Provide daily supervision to ensure project goals and budgets are being met

Required Skills:

  • MUST have experience developing and designing technical course content for Department of Defense
  • MA/MS in related field with 10+ years' direct ISD experience or BA/BS with 12+ years’ direct ISD experience and 5 years' supervisory experience.
  • Experience using established methodologies in all stages of instructional design process
  • Use of authoring tools and related software for multimedia training programs
  • Experience working with military personnel
  • Familiarization with implementation of ADL SCORM and ADA Section 508 into multimedia courseware
