Job Summary
A technology company is filling a position for a Remote Instructional Designer in Huntsville.
Must be able to:
- Review training requirements to analyze the target audience
- Work closely with multi-media and technical training developers
- Evaluate student performance and content effectiveness in the classroom
Position Requirements Include:
- Willingness to travel to the Huntsville office as needed
- Experience in WIN-T training development
- Ability to obtain and keep an active Security Clearance (Secret or above)
- Bachelor's in Instructional Design, a related field, or formal training or Certification in Instructional Design
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in using the ADDIE development process
- Ability to successfully communicate, collaborate, and coordinate with customers and team members
