A software development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Instructional Designer in Irvine.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Demonstrates and utilizes effective needs analysis, project management, course development, and evaluation skills
- Designs and develops instructional material for internal and external (client) training
- Evaluates and updates existing training content for efficacy and currency
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
- Proven experience in instructional design and developing high-impact adult learning content
- Expertise in designing, developing, planning, implementing, and assessing educational content
- An eye for visual design and a passion for creating great user experiences
- Able to work on multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
