Job Summary
A staffing company is in need of a Remote Instructional Designer in Phoenix.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Supporting the design, development, and maintenance of training materials
- Applying the basic principles of adult learning theory
- Actively participating in or facilitating in person or virtual meetings
Qualifications for this position include:
- Some travel may be required
- 3 - 5 years of instructional design and curriculum development experience
- Experience building instructor-led and e-learning training
- Experience turning raw source material into visually-appealing, and engaging learning experiences
- Ability to collaborate with experienced professionals
