Job Summary
A staffing agency is in need of a Remote Instructional Designer in Raleigh.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Devise creative solutions and strategies that meet business needs and solve business problems
- Design and develop learning materials for instructor and virtual instructor-led training
- Use sound knowledge to estimate the scope and level of effort for instructional design project deliverables
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience using Articulate Storyline 360, Camtasia, and other instructional design technologies is required
- 4 years of related instructional design and development experience
- Deep knowledge of adult learning theory and the human performance improvement (HPI) model
