Job Summary
A financial technology company has an open position for a Remote Instructional Designer in San Francisco.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Partnering with onboarding trainers to produce localized new hire training experiences for markets outside the US
- Helping Account Managers consume product launches & changes & apply their knowledge through conversations with Sellers
- Developing learning experience to support advancement of sales competencies & skills that help Account Managers advance their career
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 3+ years of instructional design experience
- Time & Budget Management - Completes work on time and within budget
- Project Management - Ability to scope a project from beginning to completion
- 5+ years of Sales or Sales Enablement experience
- Domain Technical Skills - Must have pre-existing experience in one or more authoring tools
- Can gain adoption for new programs
