Job Summary
A software development company is in need of a Remote Instructional Designer Technologist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Developing innovative and adaptive learning experiences
- Driving learner analytics and insights through experience
- Helping design learner reports based on in-course experiences
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s and 5+ years of professional training content or eLearning writing experience
- Background in instructional design, eLearning technology, learning theory, learning analytics, etc
- Background in xAPI and CMi5
- An ability to write creative copy, including realistic dialogue, under tight deadlines
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Outstanding proofreading and editing skills
