Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Analyzing, designing, and developing new training curriculums
- Working with internal clients and subject matter experts to determine program and learning objectives
- Designing and developing learning assets
Skills and Requirements Include:
- US Citizenship or Permanent Residency
- Must have at least 7 years of experience developing learning assets
- Must possess analytical and project management skills and have a great attention to detail
- Will develop training design documents
- Must be have a working proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, e-learning and virtual training software
