Job Summary

A business consulting firm is seeking a Remote Instructional Systems Designer in Silver Spring.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Assess learning needs and recommend blended learning solutions
  • Develop custom solutions that address unique training challenges

Qualifications for this position include:

  • BS Degree in Instructional Design, Training, Human Resources Management, Organization Development or related field
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Public Trust clearance
  • 10+ years of instructional design experience
  • Strong track record of transitioning in person training to virtual instructor-led training
  • Experience supporting US Federal Civilian Agency clients
