Job Summary
A tutoring, test prep, and college admission services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Instructor Support Associate.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Receiving, categorizing, responding to, and escalating support tickets
- Receiving phone calls, assisting live customers and responding to voicemails from the users
- Taking ownership regularly of provider and customer concerns
Position Requirements Include:
- 2 years’ experience in a customer or provider services field
- Have the relevant technical acuity to provide Level 1 technical support to customers and providers
- Be well-versed in the use of Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Have the ability to learn and master several in-house database and reporting modules
- Possess strong organizational skills with the ability to meet the needs of a diverse group of end-users
- Have the ability to communicate clearly, with knowledge and empathy, both over the phone and in writing
