Job Summary
A tutoring and test prep company has a current position open for a Remote Instructor Training Operations Coordinator.
Must be able to:
- Collaborate within the team and with the Operations Manager to meet and exceed the needs of our teachers and tutors
- Organize and finalize training schedules, including publishing them to various departments
- Coordinate enrolling and confirming newly hired instructor trainees in training schedules after onboarding
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Enthusiastic, confident and optimistic demeanor with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- An attention to detail, not letting anything fall through the cracks and a knack for anticipating problems and issues before they happen
- Ability to manage your own time and work remotely from your manager, teammates, and clients
