A insurance industry tools, technology and strategic services is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Insurance Account Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

Thoughtfully and accurately handling questions and concerns via phone, chat, and email
Identifying, creating, and improving processes to complete daily tasks and get things done for your customers
Building relationships with the clients and insureds to support client retention and revenue growth

Qualifications for this position include:

2-3 years of insurance experience required
Ability to study for and successfully pass the Property and Casualty state licensing exam for your state
Experience with Agency Management Systems
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Fluent in Microsoft Office products (Word and Excel)
