A insurance industry tools, technology and strategic services is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Insurance Account Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Thoughtfully and accurately handling questions and concerns via phone, chat, and email
- Identifying, creating, and improving processes to complete daily tasks and get things done for your customers
- Building relationships with the clients and insureds to support client retention and revenue growth
Qualifications for this position include:
- 2-3 years of insurance experience required
- Ability to study for and successfully pass the Property and Casualty state licensing exam for your state
- Experience with Agency Management Systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in Microsoft Office products (Word and Excel)
