Job Summary
A global insurance company is seeking a Remote Insurance Advanced Analytics Employee Experience Senior Analyst.
Must be able to:
- Partner closely with teams around the organization to better understand the business context and our employees’ needs
- Partner on the design and implementation of our custom research programs
- In partnership with talent and business teams, conduct research and analyses to inform employee experience initiatives
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's Degree plus a minimum 3 years, typically 4 or more years of experience, or equivalent, is required
- Advanced analytical, problem solving, and research skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (macros, scripts, formulas, data visualization, etc.), PowerPoint, and statistical software packages (SAS)
- Familiarity with SPSS, R or Python, helpful
- Experience applying statistical methodologies and techniques
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including comfort with senior level presentations and influencing across teams
