Job Summary

A multinational insurance and banking firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Insurance and Banking Market Support Representative.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Establishing and maintaining productive, professional relationships with assigned customers
• Reviewing RFPs and proposal for accuracy and completeness
• Utilizing Salesforce to manage all service requests

Qualifications Include:

• 2+ years of employee benefits or insurance preferred, or experience in a service relationship role
• Ability to present complex information in a clear manner, both orally and in writing
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
• Superior customer service skills
