Job Summary
An insurance and benefits management company has an open position for a Remote Insurance and Benefits Customer Service Representative in Irving.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Making callbacks to customers as needed
- Answering questions from providers and members about benefits and eligibility
- Escalating calls to the necessary department when appropriate
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Able to demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Related Bachelor's degree or additional related equivalent work experience
- 2+ years related work experience
