Job Summary

A benefits company has a current position open for a Remote Insurance and Benefits Product Owner.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Ensuring IT delivery roadmap is aligned to the strategic annual product roadmap
  • Setting product and adoption KPIs with business partners
  • Translating client needs from discovery into product backlog work items

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Proven understanding of product management lifecycle and agile methodologies
  • Experience in developing and understanding digital technology roadmaps
  • Demonstrated success in progressive delivery of technical projects
  • Ability to champion change and support teams through change
  • Proven ability to help inform leaders in making difficult decisions
  • IT technical acumen to effectively collaborate with architects, designers and Devops
