A software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Insurance and Financial Marketing Cloud Success Associate.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Partnering with sales and the extended account team to support customers growth
- Escalating and driving mitigation plans among cross-functional teams to de-risk accounts
- When appropriate, recommending additional services needed to drive success
Position Requirements Include:
- 3-5 years relevant industry expertise
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and engage dynamically with customers
- Strong knowledge of business processes, business applications and automation
- Ability to quickly grasp and distinctly explain technological and business concepts
- Comfortable adapting to new opportunities and change
- Ability to navigate conflict and foster honest dialog
