Remote Insurance Appeals Nurse Consultant

Job Summary

A health insurance company is in need of a Remote Insurance Appeals Nurse Consultant.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Reviewing complaint/appeal requests of all clinical and benefit documentation
• Considering all previous information as well as any additional records/data presented to render a recommendation/review
• Gathering data that requires navigation through multiple system applications

Qualifications Include:

• Percent of Travel Required: 0 - 10%
• RN with current unrestricted state licensure required
• 3+ years of clinical experience required
• Managed Care experience preferred
• Utilization Review experience preferred
