Job Summary

An insurance company has a current position open for a Remote Insurance Application Developer IV in Woodland Hills.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Designing and developing computer programs
  • Performing a preliminary evaluation of packaged software
  • Conducting system studies

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, or a closely related field of study
  • 7 years of experience in the job offered or a similar position
  • 5 years of experience with each of the following: Informatica; Business Objects; DB2; SQL; Easytrieve; and COBOL
  • Experience in Guidewire policy center 9.0.5 development and Gosu language
  • Experience in PolicyCenter Data model, Guidewire Rating Engine, PolicyCenter Product Model and PolicyCenter Workflows
  • Experience in Data Migration, Database Logical Modeling, implementing Database Designs and implementing Transformation Rules
