Job Summary
An insurance claims services company is in need of a Remote Insurance Auto Claims Estimator.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Writing fair and accurate estimates and supplements for multiple carriers
- Utilizing internal training tools and external resources
- Maintaining documentation of all interactions with insurance carriers
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of auto damage estimating experience
- Extensive knowledge of automobile parts and repair techniques
- Understanding of vehicle repair, parts costs, total loss classification, and fraud detection practices
- Working experience in one or more estimating platforms: Mitchell, CCC One, and/or Audatex
- Understands basic insurance principles and how they apply to estimating decisions
