A staffing and recruitment agency is in need of a Remote Insurance Benefit Customer Service Representative in Saint Louis.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Analyzes problems and provides information/solutions
- Responds to customer questions via telephone and written correspondence
- Thoroughly documents inquiry outcomes for accurate tracking and analysis
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- These positions will start out remote, however, will migrate to the St. Louis office once the environment is safe enough
- Requires a HS diploma or equivalent
- Up to 1 year of previous experience in an automated customer service environment
