Job Summary
A healthcare company is seeking a Remote Insurance Billing Representative and Payment Poster.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Download payments received from Medicare, Medicaid and commercial insurances for all Divisions
- Post denial codes for all third party insurances
- Scan daily check deposits
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- One year of experience posting payments
- Demonstrated knowledge of ICD-10 and HCPCS Codes
- Ability to ten-key at least 7,000 - 11,000 keystrokes per hour
- Ability to post and adjust insurance take-backs and withholds
- Ability to key credit adjustment information in to an Excel tracking spreadsheet
- Ability to read and understand Explanation of Benefits documents from insurance companies
