Remote Insurance Business Solution Telephonic Case Manager

Job Summary

A business solutions for the insurance industry is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Insurance Business Solution Telephonic Case Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Working with employers and physicians to modify job duties where practical to facilitate early return to work
• Interviewing disabled persons to assess overall recovery
• Evaluating and modifying case goals based on injured/disabled person’s improvement and treatment effectiveness

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Associates Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• 2+ years clinical practice preferred. Workers’ compensation-related experience
• Ability to advocate recommendations effectively with physicians/providers, employers, and customers
• Ability to work independently
• Knowledge of basic computer skills including Excel, Word, and Outlook Email
• Proficient grammar, sentence structure, and written communication skills
