An insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Insurance Call Center Advisor.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Successfully completing all necessary training classes to obtain s health insurance license
- Retaining general Medicare information and explain product plans to members
- Assisting callers quickly and professionally by fielding inbound calls to sell health insurance plans
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High school diploma or GED
- Active Health and Life Insurance license
- Comfortable dealing with high a high volume of outbound and inbound phone activity
