Job Summary

An insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Insurance Call Center Advisor.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Successfully completing all necessary training classes to obtain s health insurance license
  • Retaining general Medicare information and explain product plans to members
  • Assisting callers quickly and professionally by fielding inbound calls to sell health insurance plans

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Active Health and Life Insurance license
  • Comfortable dealing with high a high volume of outbound and inbound phone activity
  • A respectful tone and professional demeanor

  • A solutions-minded team player
