Remote Insurance Call Center Agent

Job Summary

A marketing agency is in need of a Remote Marketing Call Center Agent.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Receive a high volume of outbound calls
• Qualify and transfer prospective customers to licensed agents for Medicare and Life Insurance plans
• Meet KPI goals

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Strong verbal communication and computer system navigation skills are required
• Experience in high volume inbound/outbound, sales, telemarketing and/or cold calling is required
• High school diploma or equivalent is required
