Job Summary
An advertising technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Insurance Call Center Sales and Operations Director in Memphis.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Leading, supervising, and coaching a team of 60-100 call center licensed insurance agents
- Managing day to day call center operations
- Performing one-on-one observations and mentoring representatives
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or the recognized equivalent in work experience
- 5+ years' experience of insurance sales experience with solid knowledge of health & life products
- A track record of building a successful call center
- 2+ years' experience in Medicare Advantage and Supplement product sales
- 5+ years of leadership experience, preferably in a call center environment
- Strong coaching and performance management background
