Job Summary

A non-profit network of travel service providers serving the U.S. and Canada needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Insurance Call Center Supervisor in Tampa.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Supervise personnel engaged in the servicing of company's Insurance products in a call center environment
  • Monitor staff’s production and make recommendations to improve results
  • Schedule work hours and assigns job duties

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Active Property & Casualty Insurance License
  • Ability to coordinate agent licensing activities
  • Completion of college level coursework in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Completion of company Leadership Training Program within one year
  • Experience with mentoring, coaching and developing new employees in the techniques used for successful servicing to members/customers
  • Willingness and ability to work irregular hours, weekends and/or holidays as needed
