Job Summary
A non-profit network of travel service providers serving the U.S. and Canada needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Insurance Call Center Supervisor in Tampa.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Supervise personnel engaged in the servicing of company's Insurance products in a call center environment
- Monitor staff’s production and make recommendations to improve results
- Schedule work hours and assigns job duties
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance License
- Ability to coordinate agent licensing activities
- Completion of college level coursework in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Completion of company Leadership Training Program within one year
- Experience with mentoring, coaching and developing new employees in the techniques used for successful servicing to members/customers
- Willingness and ability to work irregular hours, weekends and/or holidays as needed
