Job Summary

An insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Insurance Case Manager .

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Conduct telephone interviews with proposed insured’s
  • Solicit all personal and medical information required to successfully process an application
  • Act as liaison between underwriters, general agents, and proposed insureds

Position Requirements Include:

  • Work in the corporate office for meetings and trainings
  • Knowledge of medical conditions and terminology
  • 2+ years experience in a customer service related position with telephone experience
  • Ability to obtain insurance producer License with the Life line authority, within 6 months of employment
  • Must live near a corporate office
  • Must meet all other listed company requirements
