Job Summary
An insurance company has an open position for a Remote Insurance Claims Account Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Monitor the quality of work performed by internal employees or TPAs adjusting claims
- Act as the single point of contact for all assigned programs
- Participate in audit and claim review process for all assigned programs
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- At least ten years of industry experience
- Experience handling specialty programs with managing TPAs, MGAs, or other outside vendors
- Experience conducting audits with a proven ability to communicate and present findings
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other business-related software
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
