Job Summary

An insurance company has an open position for a Remote Insurance Claims Account Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Monitor the quality of work performed by internal employees or TPAs adjusting claims
  • Act as the single point of contact for all assigned programs
  • Participate in audit and claim review process for all assigned programs

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • At least ten years of industry experience
  • Experience handling specialty programs with managing TPAs, MGAs, or other outside vendors
  • Experience conducting audits with a proven ability to communicate and present findings
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other business-related software
  • Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
