Core Responsibilities Include:
- Reviewing coverage eligibility and policy status and requests necessary proof of loss documents
- Reviewing and evaluating claim proofs and medical records when necessary
- Determining benefit eligibility and recommending claims for payment or denial
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Disability Claims Adjuster
- Excellent interpersonal and team building skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication and letter writing skills
- Excellent judgment, research and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and handle high volumes
- Good computer skills
