A financial services company is filling a position for a Remote Insurance Claims Associate in New York City.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day support of customers
- Resolve issues in a timely way
- Triage tickets to the appropriate internal departments
Position Requirements Include:
- 0-2 years of professional experience in a support or operations type role
- Strong customer service skills
- An understanding of basic insurance concepts
- Ability to use G-Suite, Microsoft Office, Slack, and modern workplace technology
- Insurance licensing may be required
