A company is looking for a Remote Insurance Claims Collector.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with insurance companies to identify reasons for claim denial or non-payment
• Prepare and submit necessary documentation to resolve claim issues
• Follow up until payment is received or all recourse is exhausted, maintaining accurate records

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in medical insurance billing and claims follow-up
• Ability to work from a quiet and private workspace
• High-speed internet connection with the capability to hardwire to a PC
• Must reside in one of the specified states: FL, GA, MO, NE, NC, SC, TN, TX, or VA
• Must meet all technical requirements prior to the first day of training
