Job Summary

A multi-national insurance company is seeking a Remote Insurance Claims Customer Service Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Taking inbound calls from our customers
• Providing care for customers recently in accidents by demonstrating empathy while setting up new claim reports
• Offering customers additional products

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Have two years of post-secondary education or higher, or, two years of relevant work experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Have a designated workspace free from noise and other distractions
