Job Summary
An insurance technology company is in need of a Remote Insurance Claims Liability Supervisor.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Overseeing all claims activities with established claims policy and procedures
- Assisting in evaluating and monitoring claims partner relationships
- Working with Legal Department on claims resolution strategies
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree, or commensurate work experience
- A minimum of 5-8 years’ experience in either auto physical damage or bodily injury claims
- Experience with claims related technology for national claims program
- Strategic thinker, flexible and adaptable to rapid change and growth
- Capable of writing with impact
- Ability to manage performance and motivate other team members
