Job Summary

An insurance provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Insurance Claims Operations Analyst.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Supporting day-to-day management of our TPA and advise on areas of improvement
• Conducting audits to identify improvement opportunities and monitor process adherence
• Ensuring service levels are met according to service level agreements

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in commercial P&C claims
• 1-2 years within an analytics or operations focus
• Experience working with or for a TPA
• Ability to develop and optimize workflows
• Highly effective communicator with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
• Proficient with reporting on and analyzing data to inform key decisions
