Job Summary
An insurance technology company is filling a position for a Remote Insurance Claims Operations Associate.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Serve as first point of contact via both email and phone for the company's brokers and policyholders
- Lead the claims setup process in the internal systems
- Ensure accuracy and assist in claim closeout and reconciliation processes
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Prior experience in a customer support or a customer service role, or a strong desire to learn
- Prior experience, knowledge, and interest in claims
- Excellent interactive and communication capabilities
