Job Summary

A financial services company is in need of a Remote Insurance Claims Team Lead.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Leading a team of 10-12 examiners to achieve customer service and claims management excellence
• Developing effective action plans that result in improved team and individual performance
• Building and maintaining internal and external customer relationships

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• A demonstrated understanding of Absence, STD
• Prior coaching, mentorship or leadership skills
• Prior experience with Claim Management processes
• Ability to problem solve independently
