Job Summary

A financial services leader is in need of a Remote Insurance Client Service Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Maintaining and enhancing relationships with retirement plan clients
  • Conducting periodic client meetings and discussions
  • Implementing any requested/approved plan changes

Qualifications Include:

  • Four-year degree or equivalent work experience
  • 4 years experience working in retirement service, financial service or similar highly regulated industry
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Experience with executive level presentations
  • Proven excellent customer service, negotiation and probing skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to work independently in a deadline-oriented environment
