Remote Insurance Client Service Specialist

Job Summary

An insurance company is in need of a Remote Insurance Client Service Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Manage daily renewal assignments
• Update renewal status in D3SS Spreadsheet
• Maintain accurate and up to date renewal status notes in D3SS

Position Requirements Include:

• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Positive “can do” attitude
• Self-starter and self-motivator
• Comfortability with ambiguity and adaptable to change
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer support role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
