Job Summary
An insurance company is in need of a Remote Insurance Client Service Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manage daily renewal assignments
- Update renewal status in D3SS Spreadsheet
- Maintain accurate and up to date renewal status notes in D3SS
Position Requirements Include:
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Positive “can do” attitude
- Self-starter and self-motivator
- Comfortability with ambiguity and adaptable to change
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer support role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
