Job Summary

An insurance and benefits company is seeking a Remote Insurance Client Services Consultant I.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Preparing and completing most complex accounting processes, calculations and reports
• Acting as a Project leader for implementations
• Supporting of multiple complex clients

Required Skills:

• High school diploma
• 2-4 years of Customer Service and/or Client Account experience
• Technically proficient in Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and ability to learn internal systems
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, set schedules and priorities to meet both internal and external deadlines
• Strong problem solving and analysis
• Proficient oral/written communication skills
