Job Summary
An insurance company offering medical professional liability insurance is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Insurance Client Services Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Building a full client services team by sourcing members from within the company and new hires
- Establishing a client-centric culture and performance standard within the department
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all client service activities
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years client service and management experience, and/or training; or, an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with internal teams across the organization, as well as external clients
- Must be detail-oriented and dedicated to the timely completion of tasks
- Demonstrated success leading a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
