A title company is filling a position for a Remote Insurance Client Success Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Helping to onboard and train our level 1 and 2 clients on how to use our portal
- Following first orders throughout their journey
- Checking in with clients after their first transaction has closed
